I just wanted to say thank you again for making my dress shopping experience such an easy one. I'm one of those people who always thought I'd be going to Vancouver to find "the dress".
My very first dress shopping experience (at another store on the island) was not a good one, and I left my appointment feeling discouraged by the whole experience, but then we popped into your store...
With no appointment scheduled you said it would be ok to come in and try on a few until your next appointment arrived.
The store was so organized, and I loved that every dress in your store was pictured in catalogues. Loved loved that!
The whole staff was so incredible in helping and making us feel super comfortable. I never once felt any pressure. I believe that any bride can find a dress in your store, and I will continue to send everyone I know that's getting married your way.
Finding a business with such amazing customer service and staff is so rare. The whole experience was completely stress free.
I can't wait to wear my dress!!! Please tell Sophia what an amazing help she was too. She is incredibly personable and it's obvious that she loves what she does!
